Advanced Elevator Inspection Service, was founded by Thomas E. Sroka Jr to meet the newly enacted State of Maryland requirements. According to the legislation all elevator are required to to be inspected by a qualified third party elevator inspector.

We want to make the elevator inspection process easy and cost affective for our customers. One flat fee applies to each elevator inspection. We DO NOT CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE. We will even send you a pre-inspection checklist to reduce the need for re-inspections.

Advanced Elevator Inspections, LLC. does NOT REQUIRE A MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT. Instead, we work hard to provide you with excellent service so that you will turn to us for your next annual inspection.
